Order up front and call off the stock as you need it. We will store it safely in our warehouse and dispatch it quickly to agreed schedules or as you place a call off order. Talk to us about whether this could work for you.
PACKAGING
Packaging
Springs can be cut to length or coiled to spools, dependent upon your stock room requirements. It will then be dispatched to you in specialist packaging.
ASSEMBLY
Assembly
Garter springs can be supplied unassembled or already assembled into their rings.
WELDING
Welding
Whether your springs need micro resistance welding or laser welding, we can do this in-house, saving you time and resource. Springs arrive ready to fit into your application.
STRESS RELIEVING & AGE HARDENING
Stress relieving & age hardening
Our in-house ovens allow us to closely monitor the stress relieving and age hardening processes as we improve the strength and hardness, wear resistance and performance of our springs
LOAD DEFLECTION, SPRING RATE CALCULATION & TESTING
All our springs are fully tested to custom specifications using state of the art Italian load testing machines. Full testing certification is provided on customer request.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Advanced Inspection & Quality Assurance
In house XRF Spectrometry is provided if required. State of the art camera equipment is employed during production and at inspection intervals to confirm that expected quality is being met.
